  • Functional door which allows sliding function
  • Articulated flaps on both sides
  • Four (4) batdiscs
  • Detachable side plane and side hook on both sides
  • Detachable base
  • Batmobile's shields

  • This Hot Toys 1:6 1989 Batmobile is my biggest Batmobile ever collected or to most of the Batmobile fan in the world too. To take picture of this huge Batmobile

Here are the accessory, parts and instruction manual.

One of the parts that can be store under the Batmobile.

The gas tank cover is made so detail until can be open up.

Another parts is the Bat-blade thingy use in the Batman Return.

This piece is to use for lifting panel up or out for the car. It has a strong magnet in it.

First need to place this lifter to front part of the panel then swing out the panel.

Once it is out you can store the 4 Bat-disc at this compartment.

To remove top panel plate so that the machine gun can be lifted up.

Pull the machine gun until a click sound where it lock and stay up without slide back down.

The Machine gun is made very detail. first the clog is working, can be tilt upward, detail bullet and the bullet cover too.

The grappling hoke is very cool and can place it side of the car. Check the picture below.

The rear jet blower can be remove and a sponge is inside to protect turbine cap from falling out while shipping to us.

caution the centre of the turbine cap holder is directional. (half circle)

At the rear cover can be remove then you see a smaller cover with a screw on it.
It run with 3 x AA battery to light all the LED in the Batmobile.

The rear cover is make detail with metal grill underneath it.

The Batmobile look so awesome with the light on. Looks so alive.

This picture looks very much like the real one in Batman 1989 as charging in the Joker chemical plant

Here you can check out how realistic Hot Toys made this MMS 170 compare to the Real Tim Burton Batmobile

I like the lighting effect once it being place near a cardboard.

Darker view of the Batmobile with the light ON.

In order to have a nice view in the cockpit area you may need to remove the cockpit cover. Please check the manual before how to do this.

The amount of detail in here is so nice. All the switches meters and light indicator look very much like the real one.

I like the far right monitor that show the blueprint of the Batmobile, which Batman was using it to scan the remote devise set by the Penguin evil plot on to Batman.

Some detail switches behind the seats.

Overall cockpit area is very very detail.

This my new display case for my biggest 1989 Batmobile. It is currently just being place inside this case, light up by LED. The backdrop and the others lighting effect will be up soon to this display case. I will post it up once it is ready. (hopefully Micheal Keaton will be in there too with the Batmobile)

Most 1989 Batmobile collector do find this MMS 170 is a bit short compare with the real movie Batmobile or Hot Wheels 1:18, 1:50 and 1:64 Batmobile. The chat shows the actual size of Batman and his ride. The actual size should be (length, width and height) divide by 6
    Length 21.725ft /6 = 3.62ft = 110.34cm = 43.44" (MMS 170 is 39" Shorter then the 1:6 scale)
    Width 7.86ft / 6 = 1.31ft = 39.93cm = 15.72" (MMS 170 is 16" wider, but near to 1:6 scale)
    Height 4.267ft / 6 = 0.711ft = 21.67cm = 8.532" (MMS 170 is 9" higher, but near to 1:6 scale)

In spite of the length inaccurate according the scale of the actual length of the real size Batmobile. I still like this Batmobile very much and I'm not going to get anymore bigger size then this 1:6 1989 Batmobile. Unless I am rich enough to buy or build a real size of this 1989 Batmobile.
